Consumer diagnostics experiences should be usable by everyone, including people using assistive technology.

Our approach

We build against WCAG 2.1 AA as a working target: semantic structure, keyboard operability, visible focus, sufficient contrast and readable type across breakpoints.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is treated as continuous engineering work rather than a one-time audit. Issues found in the platform or in laboratory deployments are triaged alongside other defects.
