Information we collect
We collect the details you submit through the demo request form — name, work email, laboratory, role, current platform and any message — along with standard technical request data.
How we use it
Submitted information is used only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a potential platform deployment. We do not sell it.
Patient data
Solia Direct processes patient data only on behalf of the laboratory operating a deployment, under that laboratory's instructions and agreement.
