This notice covers information collected through soliadirect.com and business account workflows. Health information handled inside an authorized Diagnostic Program is governed by the applicable agreements for that Program.
Information we collect
We collect details submitted by laboratory and health-company contacts, including name, work email, organization, role, current systems and messages; organization and account information; subscription or plan information; invoice and business billing contact information; Production usage counts; partner-program activation status; implementation and onboarding information; support and commercial communications; Program opportunity information; and ordinary website technical request data.
How we use it
Submitted information is used to respond to enquiries, support authorized business accounts and onboarding, administer plans, provide support, communicate about commercial matters, and evaluate or operate Diagnostic Programs. Operational usage data, including order counts and partner-program activation status, may be processed for platform operation, plan administration, invoicing, support, security and audit, and capacity planning. We do not sell information submitted through this website.
Patient data
Solia Direct handles patient or consumer health information only within authorized Program workflows and under the agreements applicable to the participating organizations. Operational order counts used for plan administration do not change those authorized data boundaries or require health information beyond the applicable Program workflow. The performing laboratory and its system of record remain authoritative for testing and official laboratory results.
