Terms
These terms cover use of this website. Platform use is governed by the applicable written agreement between Solia Direct and the authorized customer or organization.
Website use
Content on this site, including public product descriptions and pricing, is provided for informational purposes, may change without notice, and is not itself a binding offer. Where applicable, an executed commercial agreement controls.
Platform access
Authorized laboratory users may receive Control Plane access, and authorized health-company users may receive Partner Portal access, under the applicable agreement. Paid Production access is subject to the purchased subscription plan and applicable written agreement. Access does not transfer ownership of the core platform or its source code.
Commercial plans and usage
Sandbox is for synthetic, non-Production evaluation. Production subscriptions are subject to the purchased plan and may include active partner-program capacity and monthly Production-order allowances. A billable Production order is one unique Production requisition/order accepted by Solia for processing; Sandbox activity, webhook deliveries, result updates, API retries, and duplicate/idempotent requests do not create additional billable orders. Orders above an included allowance continue processing at the applicable published or contracted overage rate rather than reaching a hard operational shutdown. Current public plan details are maintained on the Pricing page and apply when incorporated into the commercial arrangement.
Partner-program capacity
An active partner program is a concurrently active, live third-party diagnostic program operating through the laboratory's Solia infrastructure. A laboratory-owned DTC program does not count toward the allowance. Existing active programs are not interrupted merely because capacity is reached. Activating another program requires increased capacity, a plan upgrade or another commercial arrangement; there is no per-partner overage fee.
Optional implementation and custom work
White-glove implementation is optional and is not required to activate a Production subscription. Public pricing may present a $25,000 one-time option, but the agreed order form, agreement or statement of work controls scope. A 2–4 week timeframe is a typical target for agreed-scope implementations after required access, credentials and dependencies are available, not an unconditional guarantee. Proprietary integrations, migrations, custom workflows, multi-lab or multi-entity requirements, and specialized security, support or service-level requirements may be separately scoped.
Billing and third-party services
Platform subscriptions, usage overages, and implementation services are invoiced under the applicable commercial agreement. Separate third-party costs may apply for laboratory testing, provider ordering, collection or phlebotomy, shipping and logistics, payment processing, and other external services.
Intellectual property
The Solia Direct name, marks, platform and site content remain the property of Solia Direct. Each customer retains its own brand, content and relationships as provided by the applicable agreement.

Solia Health is a reference implementation shown for demonstration purposes and is not an offer of clinical services through this site.
No medical advice or clinical services
Solia Direct provides software infrastructure and does not perform laboratory testing, issue medical diagnoses or replace the laboratory system of record. The performing laboratory and applicable providers remain responsible for clinical, regulatory, collection and testing activities under the relevant Program and agreements.
