How pricing scales
Each Production plan includes a monthly order allowance. Usage continues beyond that allowance and is billed at the plan’s published order overage rate—there is no hard shutdown.
Higher plans provide greater included capacity and lower unit economics for additional orders. The overage rate is specific to the active plan. Higher plans also increase active partner-program capacity.

The Standard DTC Storefront and Solia Patient Portal are included with every eligible Production plan, using the same connected laboratory foundation that powers other diagnostic programs.

Optional custom services are separately scoped and are not required for Standard DTC or Production activation.
Platform subscriptions, usage overages, and implementation services are invoiced under the applicable commercial agreement. Production plans have a 12-month initial term from Production activation; renewal terms are defined in the commercial agreement.
Usage definitions. A billable Production order is one unique Production requisition/order accepted by Solia for processing. Sandbox activity, webhook deliveries, result updates, API retries, and duplicate/idempotent requests do not create additional billable orders. An active partner program is a concurrently active, live third-party diagnostic program operating through the laboratory's Solia infrastructure; a laboratory-owned DTC program does not count toward the allowance.
