This page explains how consumer and patient health data is handled in connection with Solia Direct deployments. It reflects the same boundaries described in our Privacy notice.
This website
Soliadirect.com is a business-to-business website for diagnostic laboratories and organizations building Diagnostic Programs, including authorized health and digital-health companies. Demo and contact submissions, laboratory and partner account details, onboarding information and Program opportunity information are covered by our Privacy notice and are distinct from patient health information handled in an authorized Program workflow.
Authorized Program workflows
Patient or consumer health information is handled only within authorized Diagnostic Program workflows and under the agreements applicable to the participating organizations. Solia Direct does not independently determine clinical purposes or issue medical diagnoses.
The laboratory remains authoritative
The performing laboratory and its system of record remain authoritative for testing and official laboratory results. Questions or requests about health information handled through a specific Program may need to be routed to the appropriate responsible party under that Program, including the relevant laboratory where applicable.
