What does the 2–4 week implementation window refer to?
The core Solia Direct platform does not require a 2–4 week build before a laboratory can begin using it.
A 2–4 week implementation window may apply to certain custom DTC Programs, bespoke consumer experiences or laboratory-specific integration work after scope and technical requirements are defined. Actual Production connectivity timing depends on the laboratory environment, interface requirements and validation scope.

Does Solia Direct take 2–4 weeks to get started?
No. The core Solia Direct platform is already built, and laboratories can create their workspace and begin configuration in minutes. Additional implementation time applies only where Production connectivity or a custom Program requires laboratory-specific work.
Can we use Solia before our Production connection is complete?
Yes. Sandbox is a separate non-Production environment for configuration and validation. Production remains governed by the existing readiness and validation requirements.
What can require custom implementation?
Laboratory-specific LIS/LIMS interfaces, mappings, managed interface workflows, bespoke APIs, custom DTC experiences and other non-standard requirements may require separate implementation work.
