Your workspace is isolated to you and is not connected to a production laboratory, Solia Health or any other tenant. It is not intended for real patient data, production credentials or clinical workflows. Production activation is a separate, controlled step.

Two sides of the same platform
The sandbox shows the laboratory operating side and lets teams privately preview Standard DTC. Solia Health is a separate custom consumer-experience reference. Production deployment follows evaluation: Solia Direct configures and validates the required laboratory interfaces before launch.
